If you suffer from anxiety and stress and are looking for an evidence based approach that you haven’t potentially or you have an issue that hasn’t quite resolved and your looking for a different approach this is a great avenue.
In the session you will remember a distressing event while tapping on specific acupressure points being guided by your practitioner which regulates the bodies stress response leaving you calmer. This gives you a safe space to release.
The session is a 60 minute session.
