Zoë Drummond

Hailing from the UK, Zoë came to Waiheke 8 years ago and began studying with Polestar Pilates in 2022. With a background in therapeutic massage, she’s passionate about Pilates for rehab, strength, and balance.

“After visiting Nick for physio at Connect Studio with a knee injury two years ago, he recommended Pilates for rehab and strength. After seeing drastic improvements not just for my injury, but for my whole body, and in such a short amount of time, I quickly became hooked! For me, there’s nothing more rewarding than working with a client through injury and helping them achieve something they were sure they never thought they could do again.”
