Connect Studio offers an environment where people can come to not only fix a problem, but to unwind mentally, educate themselves, challenge themselves, and feel a sense of belonging to a tribe determined to better themselves.

Through integrated and unique Physio and Pilates techniques your body will be treated as a whole, while the combination of injury recovery with injury prevention will allow your body to operate at its optimum. Our Detoxifying Infrared Sauna also helps heal the body, offering an holistic approach to living well.

OUR STORY

Nick and Charlotte met through friends when Nick and his family moved to Waiheke Island from Sydney in early 2020.  Charlotte has lived island side for five years operating a home Pilates and Personal Training Studio. It was only when they both injured themselves, and looked to each other for assistance, did they realise how truly complementary their rehab styles were - and the potential for a strong partnership started to grow.

One Friday night after a couple of red wines they sat down to talk business and a week later they had signed the lease on the perfect premises, and Connect Studio was born!

They chose the word Connect for a number of reasons. Both Nick and Charlotte have a holistic method of treating and training the body as a whole in order to achieve longevity, rather than a temporary fix of one part. The name also alludes to the connection between our mental and physical wellbeing, as well as the connection between people in a community.
